 We can’t wait to welcome you to FITMOM Durham!  

This year we invite you to #jointhemotherhood and check out our popular FITMOM+Baby classes.  These classes are a great way to learn how to safely and effectively exercise in your early postpartum and beyond.  With over 17 years of experience and more than 10 years training the prenatal and postpartum population exclusively you can bet our classes are designed with the best training evidence and protocols.  Because we specialize in all things prenatal and postpartum  our programs are always evolving and that we are on top of our game. 


FITWOMAN  Bootcamps will be back indoors this fall too! These classes are designed to challenge you in a different way.  Partner circuits, HIIT Training, & Light Equipment (ladders, resistance bands etc.) are just some of the things you will find in these classes!  Modifications for all fitness levels are also always included!  More importantly, these classes are designed with the postpartum body in mind!  Receive expert instruction to keep you safe & injury free, but still enjoy the challenge and progression in your workouts 🙂 


FITMOM2BE classes are a great way to stay active and strong throughout your pregnancy.  Join our registered session and enjoy the benefits of exercise and how it can help you reduce the common aches and pains of pregnancy, increase confidence and connect with an amazing group of people.

Enjoy the amazing benefits of regular exercise during pregnancy.  People who exercise regularly during pregnancy report less back pain, increased energy, better sleep and improved confidence.  Join our FITMOM community and learn how to stay active and strong throughout your entire pregnancy.  Build endurance and strength for labour & birth. All fitness levels and stages of pregnancy are welcome.  Modifications will be offered as needed each class.  Register for the next 6 week session today!  Classes are held at Chrome Dance Centre (Oshawa Bloor St location) Thursdays @7pm.


The next week series will run Thursday February 20th-April 2nd (no class March 19th)


Build up a sweat in our 45 minute express workouts.  Each class combines cardio, strength, core and plyometric exercises in a fun and effective manner.  Suitable for all fitness levels.
